Treasury Operations Analyst – Insurance Liquidity Forecast | KKR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage daily liquidity processes to support insurance operations and investment activities by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Review daily forecast items and work closely with internal teams on changes or updates that could impact liquidity reporting.
• Support core daily activities including cash reconciliations, accounting, operational reporting, and bank account management.
• Develop analyses and trending reports to review financial data and identify deviations from expected norms.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes and infrastructure.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree required with a minimum of 2 years work experience in a Treasury or Financial Operations Role.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Treasury or Financial Operations Role is required.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Bonus: Knowledge of treasury systems (e.g., treasury workstations, bank web portals), prior experience supporting financial controls in compliance with SOX, prior experience in the insurance industry, a positive attitude, and a commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit are a strong plus.
