The TL;DR

• Pay: $14 hourly
• Mission: This intern will ensure seamless guest experiences and operational readiness for campervan rentals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service & Sales: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, registrations, and payments while providing detailed campervan explanations.
• Customer Service & Sales: Clarify terms and conditions for guests and upsell various road trip extras.
• Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, meticulously prepare vehicles, and organize road trip kits.
• Quality Control: Ensure campervans are maintained in optimal condition by identifying and addressing maintenance or repair needs.
• Support Activities: Assist the team with monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, actively seeking an internship.
• Experience: Work permit (if applicable) and a valid driver’s license capable of operating both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Skills: Fluent in English, strong customer service orientation, problem-solving mindset, comfortable with hands-on tasks.
