The Tone:
This is a full-time trainee position at GOFO, located in-person anywhere in the U.S. GOFO is a technology-driven last-mile delivery carrier established in August 2023, providing efficient and reliable logistics solutions for e-commerce platforms and brand customers across the United States, Canada, and multiple European countries. This role is a structured development program designed to cultivate future leaders in logistics and operations, offering hands-on experience and skill development essential for management and business partner roles.

• Team: Works closely with frontline teams and management.
• Mission: Develop a comprehensive understanding of GOFO’s operations while building problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills for future management and business partner roles.
• Tech Stack: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, WMS/TMS systems (preferred).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Address and resolve complex operational issues and operational needs across regional warehouses.
• Project Implementation: Support the deployment of new operational projects, including site assessments, facility layout planning, and resource allocation.
• Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Analyze regional operations data to identify bottlenecks and develop improvement initiatives to increase workforce productivity and reduce costs.
• Quality & Compliance: Monitor warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards, drive corrective actions, and assist with local government inspections.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive solutions and provide training to frontline managers on operational processes and continuous improvement tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with preferred majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering. Entry-Level career stage.
• Experience: Recent graduates are welcome to apply; prior logistics or operations experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities; excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills; high emotional intelligence; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Requirements: Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use both as working languages; adaptable, resilient, willing to work hands-on in frontline operations, and willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. based on business needs.
• Bonus: Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems.
