The TL;DR

• Pay: $17.87 hourly
• Mission: Ensuring guests have an exceptional road trip experience from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Relations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, guest registration, process payments, and upsell road trip extras.
• Vehicle Briefing: Provide detailed explanations of campervan functionalities and clarify terms and conditions to guests.
• Operations Coordination: Coordinate reservations with available campervans, meticulously verify, and prepare campers with necessary extras and kits.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure campervans are maintained in optimal condition, promptly identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
• Fleet Support: Assist the team in monitoring existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Possesses a valid work permit (if applicable) and holds a valid driver’s license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Skills: Fluent in English, strong customer service orientation, and a problem-solving mindset comfortable with hands-on work.
