The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Jacksonville, FL (In-person)
• Pay: $20–$28 hourly
• Team: Reports to the TBC Lead and collaborates with other associates.
• Mission: Provide safe and efficient tire and battery service to members, exceeding their expectations through collaborative teamwork.
• Tech Stack: Handheld technology, Point of Sale (POS) systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide safe and efficient tire and battery services, addressing member needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Operate and maintain equipment effectively, ensuring knowledge of TPMS, product specifications, and industry guidelines.
• Utilize digital tools, handheld technology, and Point of Sale (POS) systems for sales, service, and informed business decisions.
• Manage inventory, track special orders and returns, accurately operate cash registers, and process financial transactions.
• Collaborate with and mentor team members, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a valid state-issued Driver’s License and applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this role.
• Skills: Equipment operation, TPMS knowledge, POS system proficiency, digital tool utilization, effective communication, inventory management.
• Bonus: Auto service industry experience; Retail experience.
