About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiting Intern to support hiring across a wide range of roles including: tech, digital marketing, industry evangelists, software engineers, UX/UI designers, data analysts and data scientists, AI and machine learning experts, cybersecurity specialists, web3 and blockchain engineers, and other technical talent as needed.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Source, identify, and engage candidates across a broad range of technical roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest, availability, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with the CEO.
- Collect candidate rate information and Right-to-Represent (RTR) confirmations via email.
- Prepare clear, well-organized candidate profiles for submission to clients and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate communications, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Minimum Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with technical professionals and executives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to manage follow-ups independently.
- Professional email etiquette and basic business communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
