• Mission: Support clients by assisting with assurance, tax, or client accounting services, contributing to accurate reporting and maximizing client benefits.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Assurance: Participate in client engagement meetings and travel to client sites to prepare accounting-related reports for various industries.
• Tax: Complete individual and business tax returns at varying difficulty levels, analyzing situations to ensure maximum tax benefit application.
• CAS: Prepare payroll reports, year-end tax forms, and monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements for clients.
• CAS: Assist in the completion of the month-end process for clients and perform coding and data entry of bank statements and other bookkeeping transactions.
• General: Uphold the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality across all engagements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Entry-Level.
• Experience: Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and on track to sit for the CPA license.
• Skills:
• Inquisitive and enjoys learning about various client business processes.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
• Interest in working with clients across a variety of industries.
• Strong commitment to professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
