• Team: Reports to and supports the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM), focusing on operational metrics, supporting peers and guests, and adhering to operating procedures and compliance standards.
• Mission: Ensures operational excellence and product availability to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Tech Stack: Point of Sale system, Apple devices

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Excellence: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining overall store cleanliness across all areas (salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, break area) and ensuring fixtures are consistently stocked with merchandise.
• Merchandise Management: Execute all planned tasks to contribute to store retail goals, including processing shipments, managing replenishment, completing merchandise sets, and accurately performing physical inventory counts and procedures.
• Display & Presentation: Implement merchandise resets, planograms, and marketing displays using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices, ensuring assigned work areas are replenished, signed, and faced, and product testers are readily available.
• Compliance & Asset Protection: Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards, meeting compliance and execution goals, and protecting company assets by following loss prevention best practices while providing excellent guest service.
• Team & Development: Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests, actively participating in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to foster continuous professional development and enhance sales performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma is preferred.
• Experience: One year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices; ability to work independently and as part of a team; demonstrated problem-solving capability.
