Business Development Leadership Development Program Associate | Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Sales Initiatives: Assist with advisor outreach, lead generation, and follow-up activities to advance sales goals.
• Enhance Advisor Experience: Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and ensure a positive overall experience for advisors.
• Analyze Sales Data: Conduct basic data analysis to identify sales trends and pinpoint opportunities for growth within the business.
• Resolve Advisor Issues: Help troubleshoot problems faced by advisors, working to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Contribute to Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare comprehensive summaries for leadership, informing strategic decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current Senior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field; entry-level.
• Experience: Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027; demonstrated leadership experience; commitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; clear and confident communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset with a commitment to ethical sales practices; ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership to support sales goals and advisor needs.
