What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Lead a manufacturing team, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while managing hourly employees.
• Operations Management: Manage inventory, production planning, procurement coordination, and distribution network operations across different sites.
• Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving methodologies, directly impacting operational KPIs and financial performance.
• Skill Development: Participate in structured development including operations and manufacturing leadership training, Lean manufacturing methods, and financial and operational performance management.
• Mentorship: Engage with an executive mentor and program sponsor to support personal career growth and leadership development throughout the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain, with a willingness to relocate between sites as part of the program.
• Skills: Strong leadership potential, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making and workforce engagement.
• Bonus: Internship or prior experience in manufacturing or operations, experience leading teams or projects, knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, and strong analytical and communication skills.
