Supply Chain Early Rotational Program Associate | Regal Rexnord

The Tone:
This is an early rotational program at Regal Rexnord, located in Milwaukee, WI, Rosemont, IL, or other U.S. sites. This role is crucial for developing future supply chain leaders by providing hands-on experience across critical supply chain functions and contributing to the company’s global business priorities.

• Pay: $60000–$70000 yearly
• Mission: To develop well-rounded Supply Chain capability by building technical expertise and contributing to meaningful business priorities through project-based rotations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sourcing: Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic sourcing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Analysis: Conduct data-driven cost analyses and support negotiations for direct and indirect materials.
• Logistics: Support transportation optimization, carrier management, freight auditing, and logistics performance improvements.
• Data Insights: Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to monitor KPIs, identify spend patterns, and flag operational or supplier risk areas.
• Reporting: Deliver formal report-outs that summarize project results, insights, business impact, and recommended next steps.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Rising senior or recent graduate with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027, possessing strong academic performance. Prior co-op, internship, project, or work experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations; excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to present ideas and recommendations to leaders.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP systems or data visualization tools; self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
