Global Talent Acquisition Intern/Contractor | Plaud

The Tone:
This is an intern/contract position at Plaud, located in San Francisco, CA. Plaud is dedicated to building the world’s most trusted AI work companion, focused on elevating professional productivity and performance through innovative note-taking solutions. Since 2023, the company has grown to serve over 1,500,000 users worldwide, pushing the boundaries of human–AI intelligence through a hardware–software combination. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s rapid growth by building robust talent pipelines and streamlining recruitment operations for junior-level roles, directly contributing to Plaud’s global expansion.

• Mission: Support junior-role hiring, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment operations to fuel global expansion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Building: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing efforts.
• Candidate Management: Manage interview scheduling, all candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate assessments and hiring logistics, preparing weekly pipeline status updates for the team.
• Sourcing Support: Support sourcing experiments and market mapping initiatives to broaden talent outreach.
• Operational Assistance: Assist in employer branding and various recruitment operations initiatives when needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or early career professional seeking to learn end-to-end recruiting in a tech environment.
• Experience: Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months, specifically from January to May/June.
• Skills: Strong learning agility and adaptability to quickly pick up new tools and processes, high attention to detail and reliability in managing coordination and data accuracy, clear and professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers, and curiosity with initiative to test new sourcing approaches and improve workflow efficiency.
