• Mission: To fast-track the development of new college graduates, guiding them through a 3-year rotational experience within Customer & Markets and Product Marketing teams to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to strategic initiatives that drive innovation and business success in the semiconductor industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Complete all assigned rotations and projects throughout the Talent Accelerator Program.
• Market Analysis: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Business Forecasting: Forecast market conditions and summarize potential business impacts for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Data Insight: Analyze and interpret customer, product, and market data to identify insights and propose solutions.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic decision-making through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication of recommendations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited degree program.
• Experience: Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
• Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal English communication; strong planning and organizational capabilities; project management skills including the ability to innovate and execute effective solutions; and a demonstrated ability to analyze data, build actionable insights, and clearly communicate business recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Prior related internship or co-op experience; demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, or competitions; strong interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making; and an interest in semiconductors, customer applications, product marketing, market strategy, and commercial operations.
