The Tone:

This coordinator role is vital for managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial item setup to final order fulfillment, ensuring automated systems integrity and smooth communication within the international supply chain. The position provides direct mentorship and hands-on experience in modern, tech-driven supply chains.

• Team: Reports directly to the Head of Systems and Automation.
• Mission: To support the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from initial item setup in the ERP to final order fulfillment.
• Tech Stack: EDI, ERP, NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs), Microsoft Dynamics, API integrations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Management: Monitor and process daily customer orders via EDI and manual entry, ensuring flawless transaction flow.
• Item & Data Governance: Execute new item setups across ERP and e-commerce platforms, maintaining pristine master data.
• Production & Procurement: Assist in placing Purchase Orders with international factories and coordinating production timelines and shipment tracking.
• Relationship Management: Serve as a primary liaison for retail buyers and factory production managers, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
• Systems Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement new automations and workflows within the ERP.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: An eagerness to launch a career in supply chain and operations. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) or EDI platforms is a major plus.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs), exceptional verbal and written communication, a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, problem-solver mindset, and a systems-first approach to process streamlining.
• Bonus: Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to facilitate communication across diverse supply chain networks.
