Supply Chain Rotational Analyst – May 2027 Grads | Charter Steel
The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational program designed for recent graduates, with a hybrid work schedule and potential short-term relocation to various Charter Manufacturing sites including Charter Steel in Saukville, WI. Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned business driven by a will to grow and continuously improve its operations. This role is crucial for building robust Supply Chain talent and strengthening organizational bench strength by providing individuals early in their careers with a comprehensive understanding of both Supply Chain functions and the company’s manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procurement: Participate in managing the acquisition of goods and services, learning strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Supply & Demand Planning: Engage in forecasting, inventory management, and developing plans to balance material supply with product demand.
• Transportation: Support logistics operations, including coordinating the movement of materials and finished goods across the supply chain.
• Supply Chain Transformation: Contribute to projects focused on improving existing supply chain processes, systems, and overall efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent college graduate (May 2027) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior internship or related experience in Supply Chain or general business, along with demonstrated experience participating effectively in a team environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; high level of initiative for excellence, achieving results, and improving processes; robust interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals across all business levels.
• Bonus: Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; willingness to travel as needed.
