GLDP Associate – Supply Chain Track | Advanced Sterilization Products

The Tone:
This is an entry-level, 2-year Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP) at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), a leading global provider of innovative sterilization and disinfection solutions. ASP is a pioneer of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology, supporting healthcare facilities worldwide in protecting patients against hospital-acquired infections. As part of Fortive Corporation, a global industrial technology innovator focused on making the world safer and more productive, this role is designed for participants to gain foundational business knowledge across three cross-functional rotations. The program focuses on end-to-end supply chain management to ensure optimal deployment of essential products and solutions that safeguard patients during their most critical moments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Gain foundational business knowledge across 3 cross-functional rotations through hands-on, meaningful experiences.
• Develop Expertise: Acquire end-to-end supply chain management skills focusing on planning, sourcing, and delivery, ensuring optimal product deployment.
• Drive Impact: Lead intensive projects in each rotation, contributing immediate and long-lasting business impact while building technical and interpersonal skills.
• Engage & Collaborate: Manage stakeholder relationships, complete supply assessments, and gain exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts.
• Master Strategy: Learn and apply the Fortive Business System (FBS) to shape strategy, focus execution, align people, and create value for patients and customers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level rotational position starting in August 2027, requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Technology and Operations, Operations and Logistics, Supply and Logistics, or other related fields.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a desire to grow within a high-energy, collaborative environment. Candidates will build technical and interpersonal skills through significant responsibility during projects.
• Skills: Ability to value customer needs, develop impactful solutions, and deliver breakthroughs through risk-taking, experimentation, and quick iteration. Proven capability to set high expectations, drive results, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strategic thinking to tackle challenging problems and achieve results despite setbacks, embodying a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bonus: A preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
