Junior Management Program – Manufacturing – VM | Bosch USA
The Tone:
This is a full-time, rotational leadership development program at Bosch USA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead projects focused on improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People metrics.
• Analyze manufacturing performance and KPIs to identify gaps, opportunities, and develop sustainable countermeasures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a strong CIP mindset across rotational assignments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Develop leadership capabilities through coaching, mentorship, networking, and exposure to senior and executive leaders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, aimed at developing manufacturing leadership.
• Experience: Minimum of two internship/co-op semesters or two years of professional experience, with no more than five years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making capabilities, with an ability to operate effectively within a manufacturing environment and demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and take ownership.
• Bonus: Fluency in German or Spanish; previous experience within manufacturing, automotive, engineering, operations, or supply chain; demonstrated leadership experience through professional work, academic activities, military service, or community involvement; experience leading projects, continuous improvement initiatives, or cross-functional teams; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, problem solving, operational excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies.
