As a Supply Chain Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, operational efficiencies, and data analysis. Compensation: Paid Internship, $18.00 to $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking orders and analyzing performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, implement lean initiatives, and reduce costs within the supply chain.
- Provide hands-on exposure to supply planning and supplier communication.
- Support process improvement efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Currently seeking a degree or a recent college graduate (within 1 year) with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Business, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
