The Tone:
This is a summer internship program at BlackRock, available in multiple locations across the Americas. BlackRock is a firm that uses AI to enhance decision-making, improve operations, and deliver better outcomes for its clients. This program is designed to provide students with a challenging, meaningful, and supportive experience, closely replicating that of a full-time BlackRock Analyst. Interns will gain direct experience, contribute to their teams, and explore potential career paths within the firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a structured nine-week summer internship, held annually between June and August, designed to immerse students in the firm’s operations.
• Firm Orientation: Commence the program with a thorough orientation session, gaining a broad overview of BlackRock and direct exposure to perspectives from senior leaders within the firm.
• Practical Contribution: Assume day-to-day responsibilities within an assigned team, actively contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives throughout the summer.
• Skill Development: Acquire and refine professional capabilities through structured on-the-job training experiences.
• Professional Engagement: Enhance career development and build connections by participating in a dedicated speaker series, engaging in a mentoring program, and attending various networking opportunities, including those with BlackRock’s employee networks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level undergraduate or master’s student.
• Experience: Must be on track to graduate between September 2027 and July 2028.
