This is a Summer Internship Opportunity at Savant, designed to be a seasonal, hands-on role focused on building the next generation of professionals passionate about helping others achieve financial peace of mind. • Wealth advisory

• Day-to-Day Responsibilities (may vary by team and subject to availability):
• Support advisors in preparing client presentations and planning analyses.
• Assist with investment research and market monitoring.
• Help create marketing content and communications.
• Participate in team meetings and client strategy sessions.
• Gain exposure to the compliance framework and operational processes.
• Contribute ideas to projects that support the company’s vision.
• Target Candidate: This is an ideal internship for students pursuing a CFP designation who want to experience how their studies apply in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Internship Details:
• Location: This role is based at Savant’s Wyomissing, PA Office.
• *Note on discrepancy: The “Qualifications” section also states, “All applicants must be within driving distance to our New York, NY office.” Please clarify which location is correct.• • Attendance: In-person participation is required, and reliable transportation is needed.
• Seasonality: June–August, with orientation scheduled for the 1st Wednesday in June.
• Hours: Full-time, typical schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship opportunity, with an hourly rate ranging from $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and department placement.
Qualifications (What Savant is Looking For):
To thrive in the internship program, candidates should:
• Education: Have a high school diploma and be currently enrolled in a college program, preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, financial planning, business, or economics. Students entering their junior year in a CFP accredited program are prioritized.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Savant is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
• Location: Must be within driving distance to the specified office location (Wyomissing, PA).
• Soft Skills & Values:
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing what’s right.
• Bring a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Technical Skills: Have experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or Bloomberg is a plus.
