Summer 2026 Marketing Intern

Continental Properties is actively seeking a Summer 2026 Marketing Intern to join our team of dedicated professionals at our home office located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing team, our onsite apartment communities, and other Continental employees on a variety of daily marketing activities. Your contributions will be instrumental in creating awareness and driving demand for our apartment communities, directly contributing to their overall success.

Position Specifics

• Full-Time Internship during Summer 2026
• Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities

• Social Media: Create engaging paid Facebook ads and compelling graphics for organic Facebook posts to enhance online presence.
• Email Marketing: Lead and execute email marketing campaigns designed to boost apartment tours and leases.
• Outreach Marketing: Provide support to onsite teams with outreach marketing efforts, including the creation of flyers, graphics, and social media posts.
• Auditing: Conduct thorough auditing of all online assets, which includes social media pages, online reviews, community websites, and ILS (Internet Listing Service) sites, to ensure accuracy and optimization.
• Reporting: Collaborate with Marketing team members on expense reporting, as well as monthly Google Ads and social media performance reports.

Skills For Success

• Currently in progress of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience with basic content management systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and HTML.
• Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, and other prominent social media platforms.
