Accounts Intern | NVE Experience Agency

This is a paid, hybrid educational internship at NVE Experience Agency, located in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY. This Accounts Intern role is critical for providing essential day-to-day coordination and support, facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring projects are tracked and materials are prepared effectively, directly contributing to the agency’s mission.
The TL;DR

• Pay: $17–$22 hourly
• Team: Reports to NVE’s Account Manager, with oversight from NVE’s Senior Account Executive.
• Mission: To provide essential day-to-day coordination and support, ensuring smooth communication and project tracking for core accounts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee internal and external project workflows for core accounts across diverse industries like food & beverage, media & entertainment, and lifestyle, ensuring timelines are tracked effectively.
• Support: Assist the Account Manager and Senior Account Executive by preparing for meetings, organizing materials, taking comprehensive notes, and circulating post-meeting recap emails as needed.
• Develop: Create and manage various decks (Google Presentation & Keynote) for RFPs, creative presentations, and project recaps, including copywriting for client communications.
• Research: Conduct in-depth project research on venues and industry trends, alongside client research such as quarterly revenue tracking, competitor analysis, and tracking upcoming and completed activations.
• Assist: Provide on-site support for local events when opportunities arise and handle any ad-hoc tasks as required to maintain project flow.
• Present: Design and deliver a unique and applicable final intern project to the Accounts Department during the final week, showcasing learned skills and contributions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently enrolled in a college/university, with ideal majors including Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Must own a working personal laptop/computer and be available to work remotely at least 3 days (or 20 hours) a week, Monday-Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm PT.
• Skills: Ability to write effectively, persuasively, and professionally for various internal and external communications; innately process-oriented and highly organized; exceptional time management skills; flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment with the ability to work under tight deadlines; understands and is fascinated by culture, subcultures, and the forces that move them, with an interest in marketing, advertising, PR, or consumer experiences.
