Job Description:
The Summer 2026 Digital Operations Intern will support the Dow Jones Advertising Operations and Revenue Operations teams. The Advertising Operation team is responsible for the complete lifecycle of advertising execution across Dow Jones’ web and audio properties. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights into digital advertising processes, data analysis, and campaign management, thereby developing essential skills for the advertising industry.
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the New York City office. The internship dates are from June 8, 2026, to August 14, 2026, and candidates must be available for the entire period. The application deadline is November 14, 2025, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. The intern will be compensated at $25.00/hour.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Gaining practical, hands-on experience and knowledge of the advertising industry.
• Creating reports using a combination of tools such as Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and other visualization tools.
• Helping to organize and structure workflow documents for improved efficiency.
• Performing various administrative tasks related to advertising operations, including data entry, documentation, and process improvements.
• Collaborating with the analytics and Revenue Operations team to build at least one report workflow with automated validation testing.
Candidates should have completed at least two years towards a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing, but all majors are considered. By summer 2026, applicants must be a rising junior or rising senior in their undergraduate program. Necessary skills include the ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and communication skills, and some proficiency in Excel, Google Data Studio, Google Docs, or similar products. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
