This role is crucial for assisting our Machine Operators, directly contributing to the continuous operation and high-quality production that defines our tradition and reputation. This position is specifically designed for high school seniors or college students.

• Type: Part-time, Seasonal (Summer), with potential for part-time during school year
• Location: Fall River, MA (In-person)
• Pay: $21.50–$22.50 hourly
• Team: Collaborates with Machine Operators
• Mission: Provide essential assistance to Machine Operators to ensure continuous bakery operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide direct support to Machine Operators in their daily responsibilities.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of bakery machinery.
• Contribute to the efficient functioning of the bakery’s production line.
• Help ensure the continuous operation of essential equipment.
• Collaborate with the Machine Operator team to maintain productivity and quality standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled as a high school senior or college student.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is necessary.
