What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Work: Execute assigned project tasks across various phases, under the guidance of team leadership.
• Design Development: Contribute to design development processes with both clients and internal teams through diverse communication methods.
• Team Integration: Collaborate effectively as a fully integrated member within design teams.
• Professional Learning: Participate actively in learning sessions focused on achieving successful project delivery for clients.
• Firm Engagement: Immerse in the firm’s culture and broader community through attending lectures, project tours, and events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrollment in, or completion of the third year of, an undergraduate program in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Business, or Design Planning.
• Experience: No prior work experience is required.
• Skills: Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and communication skills; outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating design concepts and processes.
• Bonus: Experience in business strategy and workplace planning and design, or proficiency with Revit software.
