The Opportunity

As part of our Customer Service team, you will actively provide crucial support by:

  • Working directly with customers and the customer service team.
  • Finding creative solutions to various challenges.
  • Building strong relationships with clients.
  • Helping to develop our business.

Ultimately, your efforts will help us carry out our mission of “delivering confidence and satisfaction by providing exceptional transportation services.”

The Fit

We are looking for candidates who can:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other forms of communication.
  • Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts.
  • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for freight, maintaining a high level of accuracy of data entered into our system.
  • Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and update information in our internal systems as needed.
