The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Bay Area, United States
• Pay: $15–$20 hourly
• Mission: To drive brand awareness and user sign-ups for Glorify through targeted grassroots and on-campus marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaigns: Lead grassroots, on-campus campaigns to significantly enhance brand awareness and drive user sign-ups among the student population.
• Activations: Plan and execute various local activations, events, tabling sessions, and pop-ups to engage directly with potential users.
• Engagement: Identify and connect with relevant student communities, clubs, organizations, and campus influencers, fostering relationships with student leaders and community partners to expand campaign reach.
• Insights: Collect on-the-ground feedback from students and share actionable insights and key learnings directly with the marketing team to inform strategy.
• Content & Tracking: Create and distribute localized campaign content, including social posts, flyers, short videos, and event materials, while tracking outreach activities, campaign performance, and sign-ups.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college or university, possessing a genuine interest in technology, consumer products, and brand-building.
• Experience: Demonstrated active involvement in at least one student organization, campus role, ambassador program, or a prior marketing/sales internship.
• Skills: An outgoing and proactive personality comfortable with initiating conversations, strong communication abilities both in person and online, and the capacity to work independently while managing a personal schedule and fulfilling established goals.
• Bonus: Prior experience as a campus ambassador, student representative, or within a grassroots marketing program; experience organizing or running tabling sessions, activations, or student outreach campaigns; a background in event organization or in-person audience engagement; or currently being located in the Bay Area.
