2027 Management Trainee Program – Marketing | L’Oréal
The Tone:
This is a two-year rotational Management Trainee Program at L’Oréal, with a hybrid work model across U.S. hubs in New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, and El Segundo, CA. L’Oréal is the #1 beauty company globally, operating over 40 brands and driving innovation, sustainability, and wellbeing in beauty. This program is designed to develop future leaders in marketing, providing immersive, hands-on experience and opportunities to build a professional network within the beauty industry.

• Team: Marketing team within one of L’Oréal’s four divisions: Consumer Products, Luxury Products, Dermatological Beauty, or Professional Products.
• Mission: Develop future marketing leaders by providing rotational experience across key functions within the beauty industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own day-to-day brand responsibilities, from consumer insights to campaign execution, for one of L’Oréal’s brands.
• Lead strategic projects, from initial insight to final recommendation, presented directly to senior leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations, and Sales to understand business shaping.
• Build business acumen by working alongside brand managers in the beauty industry.
• Sharpen presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking skills valuable for any career path.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An ambitious student enrolled in a 4-year college/university, graduating December 2026 – July 2027. Entry-Level.
• Experience: No prior industry experience required. Able to start full-time in September 2027 upon graduation. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time, permanently, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Curious and trend-driven thinking, minimum 3.5 GPA, willingness to relocate to one of the U.S. hubs.
• Bonus: Interest in helping “create the beauty that moves the world.” Participation in L’Oréal’s BRANDSTORM competition is encouraged.
