About the Job: Sarasota Paradise Street Team Member

Sarasota Paradise is searching for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join its dynamic Street Team. This role is crucial for generating excitement and fostering a strong connection between the club and its fanbase across the Sarasota and Manatee communities.

As a Street Team Member, you will be at the forefront of grassroots marketing and community engagement, playing a vital part in promoting Sarasota Paradise events and matches throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Representation: Act as an ambassador for Sarasota Paradise at various community events, local businesses, and public gatherings.
• Promotional Distribution: Distribute essential promotional materials, including game schedules, flyers, and engaging giveaways.
• Fan Engagement: Interact directly with fans and community members to build anticipation for upcoming games and club initiatives.
• Event Support: Assist with promotional activations at diverse locations such as farmers markets, festivals, youth soccer events, and other local venues.
• Game Day Activations: Support fan engagement activities and promotional efforts on game days at Premier Sports Campus.
• Content Creation: Capture basic content, including photos or short videos, for social media platforms when requested.
• Logistics: Aid in the setup and breakdown of promotional booths and street activations.
• Feedback & Insights: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding community engagement effectiveness and potential outreach opportunities.

Qualifications

• Personality: A friendly, outgoing personality coupled with strong communication skills is essential.
• Passion: A genuine passion for sports, soccer, or community engagement.
• Confidence: The ability to confidently approach and interact with the public.
• Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors and in various community event settings.
• Experience: Previous marketing, event, or promotional experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Preferred Skills

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Sarasota and Manatee County communities.
• Promotional Background: Experience in promotions, brand ambassador roles, or event staffing.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
