Social Media Intern | Daykee

The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Daykee, located remotely. Daykee is developing a proactive AI companion for daily life and personal growth, designed to help people organize thoughts, move tasks forward, capture moments, and reflect on their journey. The company envisions an AI that goes beyond a chat box or simple productivity tool, aiming to understand and accompany individuals in real-world choices and actions, making growth feel like an unfolding journey. The team is a young, energetic, fast-moving, playful, and AI-native Gen Z startup from China, backed by two rounds of funding and composed of AI PhDs, skilled hackers, and content creators. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to the latest AI tools and workflows, while contributing to content creation, user growth, competitor research, and community campaigns in a challenging, fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Social Launch: Help launch Daykee’s social presence from 0 to 1, including content planning, creation, analysis, and iteration across TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Trend Monitoring: Track content trends in AI, productivity, ADHD, self-improvement, personal growth, and related online communities.
• Growth Experiments: Participate in user research, competitor analysis, and growth experiments to inform strategy and outreach.
• AI Tool Application: Utilize AI tools to improve content production processes and operational efficiency.
• Project Contribution: Take on fun and challenging projects that may arise in an early-stage startup environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Demonstrated curiosity and genuine interest in Daykee’s product and story.
• Experience: Strong English communication skills and active, regular use of social media platforms. Proven understanding of internet culture and a strong sense of content and emerging trends.
• Skills: Proactive approach, ability to learn quickly, willingness to experiment and iterate, and curiosity about AI products and new technologies with an active desire to learn and try new things.
