The founder is actively involved in the work and will provide direct mentorship and collaboration.
Job Description:
This internship at J46 Consulting Group offers the opportunity to work as a strategy and operations consultant, directly impacting real businesses. As an intern, you’ll be responsible for creating customized internal platforms and automation agents tailored to client needs. This involves:
• Mapping out business operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing automated systems (e.g., client intake, operations dashboards, streamlined communication).
• Proposing and helping implement real solutions to optimize processes.
• Supporting internal operations at J46, including documentation, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and refining project delivery systems.
• Assisting with creating case studies, organizing client deliverables, and occasionally joining strategy calls.
The role emphasizes hands-on system-building and problem-solving through automation. The intern will work closely with the founder, receiving daily guidance and feedback. The internship is designed to be a practical and collaborative learning experience, with opportunities for growth and potential transition into a paid role (part-time, full-time, or a paid internship) as the company evolves.
