Co-Op, Corporate Strategy PMO-Temp | TelevisaUnivision

The Tone:
This is a temporary Co-Op role at TelevisaUnivision, a prominent media organization. This position is central to the Corporate Strategy PMO, offering direct exposure to senior leadership by supporting critical enterprise operating mechanisms. The role provides an opportunity to contribute significantly to strategic initiatives, including the synthesis of executive discussions, comprehensive ad hoc Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analyses, and independent research on strategic projects. This individual will play a key part in identifying and evaluating new revenue streams and cost optimization opportunities for the enterprise, contributing to high-impact projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Executive Support: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive materials for senior leadership and board meetings, encompassing detailed presentations and insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough ad-hoc analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and critical financial data, providing essential insights to effectively support strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Research: Independently lead in-depth research and analysis for various strategic projects, specifically focused on identifying and evaluating non-core revenue and cost opportunities for the business.
• Project Tracking: Monitor and track progress diligently against key milestones for all assigned strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely advancement.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely and collaboratively with various internal teams, including Ad Sales, Finance, and Legal departments, to advance and track key strategic initiatives across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is designed for an early career individual, ideally a Co-Op, possessing a foundational understanding and baseline knowledge of both Corporate and Managerial Finance principles, coupled with a fundamental awareness of the broader Media industry landscape and its operational dynamics.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience or defined number of years is explicitly stated as a requirement for this Co-Op role.
• Skills: Demonstrate complete bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish to facilitate broad communication. Possess a strong intellectual curiosity, driving an independent desire to learn and explore. Exhibit excellent ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and structure complex analyses using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bonus: Prior experience or a keen interest in areas such as AI Prompting or Vibe Coding is advantageous. Further preferred qualifications include experience with or an interest in Social and Creator Content platforms. Additionally, knowledge of the U.S. and/or Mexican Political Landscape or the Global Soccer Industry would be beneficial.
