#### Workplace Model:

SRP currently operates on a hybrid workplace model, allowing employees whose jobs can be performed remotely and who have sufficient technical capability to telework up to three days per week. However, all employees must live and work in Arizona.

### Job Description: Strategic Solutions & Supplier Management Internship

This internship, Requisition ID: 19525, is designed for a customer service-minded talent to support SRP’s Supply Chain and Flight Services operations. It offers exposure to a wide array of supply chain tasks and strategies, specifically within the disciplines of data analytics and reporting, organizational change management, project management, supplier diversity, and supplier management.

#### Summary:

The intern will collaborate and support company-wide business objectives and projects, providing crucial customer service for both planned and emergency work functions. This position offers challenging and varied responsibilities, allowing the intern to gain valuable Supply Chain knowledge, business acumen, and establish networking opportunities across SRP.

#### Work Schedule:

• The intern will work daily scheduled hours based on departmental needs.
• Minimum requirement: 15 hours per week.
• Maximum: 40 hours per week.
• Hours are scheduled during Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
• SRP is willing to work around class schedules.

#### What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Engage in project-based work: research, gather, document, and measure areas for process improvement.
Present recommended actions from process improvement projects to leadership.
• Provide team support for data entry, audit, and verification across various functions, including supplier onboarding, qualification, diversity, corporate card administration, data analytics, and reporting.
• Support invoice payment and invoice dispute resolution processes.
• Offer client support for various software applications, assisting with requests and questions, and investigating/resolving customer, system, and technical issues promptly.
• Gather requirements for department KPI reporting and dashboard development.
• Participate in SRP site and supplier site tours/meetings to broaden understanding of overall operations.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to interface directly with clients and colleagues.
• Experience working on multiple projects and prioritizing work.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain and information management within a corporate setting.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and exhibits a collaborative work style.
• Ability to successfully telework without daily in-person interaction.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Microsoft Teams.
