What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Manage daily accounting operations for various small business clients.
• Perform: Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet management.
• Utilize: Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial record-keeping and comprehensive reporting.
• Collaborate: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their financial needs and provide effective solutions.
• Support: Support the preparation of essential financial statements and reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, suitable for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn early career professional.
• Experience: Previous exposure through an internship or prior accounting experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks and a basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks Live, experience in an accounting firm or CPA firm, and knowledge of certified payroll and tax.
