Financial (Invoicing) Analyst | ATR International

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at ATR International. This position is crucial for enhancing financial accuracy, streamlining invoicing and accrual processes, and providing critical analytical support that drives efficiency and cost savings for transactional products.

• Mission: Ensure accurate financial reporting and invoicing through detailed analysis, process improvement, and robust data management for transactional products.
• Tech Stack: Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas), various database and querying solutions

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Improvement & Analysis: Drive operational efficiencies and cost savings by tracking and analyzing key financial metrics and operational procedures, identifying risk areas, and recommending improvements.
• Data Management & Reporting: Analyze, review, and modify large data sets using various database and querying solutions to calculate payments, accruals, and provide comprehensive analytics and reporting.
• Invoice & Accrual Accuracy: Prepare and meticulously analyze monthly invoices and accruals, ensuring their accuracy against financial statements and subscriber reporting, which includes researching and resolving potential issues.
• Financial Close & Reporting Support: Assist with preparing and distributing weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, supporting month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes, and reviewing journal entries.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Participate in the development and utilization of financial models, assist with budgets and forecasts, evaluate financial risks, and research variances to explain results through detailed operational metrics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience preferred or open to a new graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to manage work with large data sets, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Bonus: Experience in industry and/or public accounting or a similar work environment.
