What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Process and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Reporting: Prepare sales invoices and journal entries.
• Account Setup: Set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts, including vendor banking information.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile customer and vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Month-End Support: Assist with month-end close activities and preparation of financial reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required, coupled with proficiency in core accounting practices.
• Experience: Candidates should possess 0-3 years of accounting or finance experience, including demonstrated capability with journal entries, financial reporting, and managing accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Skills: Strong reconciliation and reporting skills, familiarity with ERP systems, audit knowledge, and robust attention to detail are essential.
• Bonus: Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards is a plus.
