What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Conduct monthly financial closing and analysis for the company.
• Report: Prepare and distribute project and employee metric reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Process: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of vendor and sub-consultant invoices.
• Handle: Process business credit card transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Support: Assist with client invoice submissions, document flow, and the corporate budget development process.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position seeking an accounting professional with a background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, alongside proficiency in MS Excel, including expertise with pivot tables, lookup functions, other formulas, and nesting.
• Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A positive team-player attitude is also required.
• Bonus: An Associate’s degree or higher in accounting or finance is preferred, as is experience with cost accounting and analysis.
