What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Procedures: Assist with substantive audit procedures and testing.
• Documentation: Prepare and document audit workpapers.
• Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial information to identify trends or inconsistencies.
• Process Participation: Participate in walkthroughs of financial and operational processes.
• Skill Development: Ask questions, receive feedback, and develop your technical and professional skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Interest in a career in audit, assurance, or public accounting, with strong academic performance.
• Skills: Curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, clear communication and an ability to collaborate, organization and time-management skills, an analytical and problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and an interest in technology.
• Bonus: Intention to pursue CPA licensure preferred; previous accounting or internship experience is a plus.
