What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Supportability Planning: Lead the planning, development, and coordination of integrated logistics support elements to ensure program supportability requirements are identified, defined, and implemented throughout the system lifecycle.
• Develop Sustainment Documentation: Develop, review, and maintain key logistics and sustainment documentation, including ILSPs, LCSPs, LCCAs, LORAs, PPLs, MTAs, maintenance plans, and SERD, alongside related PSA and LSA deliverables.
• Interpret Logistics Analyses: Perform and interpret logistics and supportability analyses such as provisioning, sparing, repair level, DMSMS assessments, and maintenance planning, translating results into actionable program recommendations.
• Define Maintenance Concepts: Define support and maintenance concepts at the organizational, intermediate, and depot levels for electronic systems and equipment to optimize system readiness.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Partner with systems engineering, design engineering, program management, manufacturing, supply chain, training, and customer stakeholders to integrate logistics and sustainment considerations into system design and fielding.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree and prior relevant experience in systems engineering, logistics engineering, sustainment, or integrated logistics support.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in relevant systems engineering, logistics engineering, sustainment, or integrated logistics support experience, or 4 years with a graduate degree, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Skills: Expertise in Product Support Analysis (PSA) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) in accordance with GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-STD-1388-2B, proficiency with LSA/PSA tools like Slicwave, EAGLE, or Powerlog, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Military experience in logistics, hands-on involvement with ILS elements like supply support and maintenance planning, demonstrated experience developing lifecycle sustainment documentation, defining O/I/D level maintenance concepts, cross-functional collaboration experience, and utilizing AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
