Male Spa Attendant | Four Seasons

• Mission: This person ensures spa areas are clean, well-maintained, and guests receive courteous, professional service, contributing to their overall satisfaction and comfort.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Spa Environment: Ensure all areas of the spa, including locker rooms, workout areas, the pool and terrace, relaxation lounges, and fitness center, are consistently clean, organized, well-maintained, and welcoming for all guests, upholding strict spa standards.
• Deliver Guest Services: Provide courteous and professional service to all guests, promptly responding to inquiries, swiftly resolving any complaints, and accommodating special requests to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction during their visit.
• Manage Supplies and Laundry: Oversee the continuous stocking and organization of all necessary supplies such as robes, towels, sandals, and refreshments within the locker rooms and relaxation areas, and manage the transport, washing, folding, and distribution of clean and dirty linens.
• Support Fitness Facilities: Assist guests with the proper use and setup of fitness machines and equipment, and diligently perform continuous cleaning and upkeep of the fitness center and pool area to ensure all spaces are hygienic and ready for use.
• Uphold Standards and Collaborate: Adhere strictly to all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, including work rules, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and effective team communication.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Foundational knowledge of hospitality or fitness/health club operations.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in the hospitality industry or related fitness/health club work.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene; excellent communication and customer service skills to interact courteously and professionally with all guests; proven ability to work efficiently, multitask effectively, and maintain a positive and accommodating attitude.
• Bonus: Prior experience in housekeeping or spa services.
