• Tech Stack: Job boards, online platforms, resume databases, ATR’s ATS/CRM, online sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Search: Actively search for suitable candidates across various platforms, including job boards, specialized online platforms, and extensive resume databases.
• Pipeline Creation: Develop and maintain basic candidate pipelines for frequently recruited roles, ensuring a ready pool of talent.
• Initial Vetting: Conduct short initial screenings with potential candidates to confirm their interest in a role, assess relevant skills, and check their availability for new opportunities.
• System Updates: Accurately update and maintain all candidate information and interactions within ATR’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Recruiter Collaboration: Engage in regular communication with Recruiters, providing updates on search progress and aligning on evolving hiring priorities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess an interest in the fields of recruiting, staffing, or broader human resources functions, reflecting the entry-level nature of this role.
• Experience: Demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn and efficiently utilize various online sourcing tools, such as Indeed and LinkedIn, for candidate identification.
• Skills: Exhibit strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, alongside excellent organizational skills for managing candidate information and tasks.
