What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop foundational business acumen through a two-to-three-year rotational program, gaining cross-functional experience in diverse business functions like Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, and Human Resources.
• Engage in a comprehensive Mentorship Program with Executive Senior Leaders, Department Leaders, and Program Alumni, connecting with resources to train and assist in successful career development.
• Hone critical leadership skills through dedicated Leadership Development Training and by attending Annual Industry and Leadership Conferences.
• Build robust professional networks and relationships with Senior Leaders across the organization, facilitating insight and career progression.
• Analyze complex data, identify key trends, and develop strategic solutions to address business challenges and support organizational objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Career professional who has successfully completed the Republic Internship Program, holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a Business concentration, or is currently enrolled in a post-graduate program. A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is required.
• Experience: Prior internship or co-op experience in a related field is essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to rotate into various roles and functions across the organization for the program’s duration.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions. Proven problem-solving capabilities through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient communication and presentation skills are also required.
• Other: Ability to work 40 hours per week and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
