The Tone:
This is a full-time program role at GE Aerospace, with rotations across various US locations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Navigate Rotations: Engage in three 8-month rotations across different HR functional areas and business units.
• Develop Skills: Participate in in-class and virtual training sessions to enhance professional capabilities.
• Lead Projects: Lead and contribute to impactful projects that address business needs.
• Build Networks: Connect and interact with senior leaders globally to foster professional relationships.
• Fulfill Diverse Assignments: Take on assignments in HR generalist duties, employee relations, and specialist functions like compensation, benefits, recruitment, or organizational design.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree focusing on business, liberal arts, or human resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, finance, accounting, law) with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and maximum 3 years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, finance, accounting, or law with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and 4 years of experience.
• Experience: Max 3 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree or 4 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Prior intern or co-op experience in human resources is desired.
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication; ability to influence others and lead small teams; analytical-minded problem-solving; ability to understand business strategy and organizational structure; unyielding integrity.
• Eligibility: Must be geographically mobile for various GE Aerospace work locations and have reliable transportation. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and visa sponsorship is not available. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information, necessitating status as a U.S. Person (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, asylee, or refugee status).
