What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Building: Build lasting personal and professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Strategy Development: Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Candidate Evaluation: Interview and evaluate candidates based on their experience, skills, career goals, and fit for available opportunities.
• Interview Guidance: Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through each stage of the interview process, providing resume coaching, interview preparation, feedback, and offer support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role requiring a Bachelor’s degree. No previous recruiting or staffing experience is required.
• Experience: No specific professional experience is required, as this is an entry-level position.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a competitive and goal-oriented mindset, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coachable and eager to develop professionally, and an interest in learning about technology and business.
• Bonus: Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, campus leadership, fundraising, or another fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
