The company blends advanced engineering with distinctive, stylish designs, building bikes that excel in XC races, gravel adventures, trail rides, and demanding terrain, including fat tire models. Each model offers multiple complete build options that can be tailored to a rider’s needs, style, and budget, providing full customization from stem to spokes. This role supports Jibe’s mission to promote its unique products, compelling brand story, and active community through engaging social media content, helping to connect with cyclists and build strong brand presence across key digital platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Planning & Scheduling: Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across various platforms to effectively promote Jibe Bicycles’ products and brand story.
• Visual & Written Content Development: Assist with writing compelling posts, capturing high-quality photos, and curating engaging short videos for all social channels.
• Platform Optimization & Adaptation: Adapt and tailor content specifically for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal performance and brand consistency.
• Community Engagement & Response: Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments and messages in a brand-appropriate tone to foster a vibrant community.
• Performance Tracking & Strategic Collaboration: Help track social media performance metrics to gain insights for future content improvements, and collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, promotions, and influencer outreach initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; or possess equivalent practical experience. Possesses an interest in cycling, outdoor sports, or active lifestyles.
• Experience: Demonstrates strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including a familiarity with major social platforms and an understanding of current trends. Holds foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and core Marketing principles, particularly as they apply to consumer brands and e-commerce environments.
• Skills: Exhibits effective communication skills, including clear and engaging writing, along with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels. Possesses basic proficiency with visual tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software, and is comfortable creating both photo and short-form video content. Shows the ability to analyze basic social media metrics and translate these insights into actionable content or campaign improvements. Is self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently within a creative environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with mountain or gravel biking.
