What You’ll Actually Do
• Enter: Perform day-to-day financial data entry of accounts payable transactions, including classifying, verifying, and recording data.
• Setup: Manage the configuration of system requirements to effectively track and administer site payments for assigned studies.
• Process: Assist with the accurate processing and calculation of site payments for assigned studies.
• Invoice: Be responsible for the request for sponsor funds and invoicing process as needed for specific studies.
• Communicate: Oversee and manage accounts payable inquiries, communications, and reporting activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Skills: Excellent organization and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines, high attention to detail, accountability for timely completion, and demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality.
