What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Participate in a 24-month developmental program, completing two distinct 12-month rotations across various parts of the U.S. Consumer Cards business, designed for broad exposure.
• Contribute: Work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to strategic initiatives and help deliver innovative solutions that proactively respond to changing customer needs and market trends.
• Rotate: Gain hands-on experience across diverse business groups within U.S. Consumer Cards, including Cards, Marketing, Citi Retail Services, Customer Experience, Chief Operating Office (COO), and Analytics & Pricing.
• Develop: Broaden your skill set and tackle real business challenges, simultaneously developing critical leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities essential for success in this evolving industry.
• Advance: Build a strong professional network, gain valuable insight into the diverse functions that drive the Consumer Cards business, and be considered for Assistant Vice President (AVP)-level opportunities upon successful program completion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, for an entry-level analyst position.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required; U.S. Work Authorization is mandatory.
