The Tone:
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits at Packaging Corporation of America, located in Marshfield, WI. This role is part of the Generational Investment for Tomorrow (GIFT) Program, designed to develop recent college graduates into future leaders by providing comprehensive rotational training focused on sales development within the corrugated packaging industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Work closely with an assigned GIFT Mentor and attend program training conferences to stay on track and reinforce role goals.
• Departmental Rotation: Complete rotations through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales departments within a corrugated plant.
• Project Contribution: Execute assignments and projects under the guidance of department supervisors.
• Process Optimization: Identify and propose solutions for issues and areas for improvement within departments to supervisors and mentors.
• Customer Service Excellence: Uphold PCA’s commitment to service by focusing on strategies that add value and exceed customer expectations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, Entry-Level. Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Experience: Ability to start the position between May 2027 and July 2027.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership experience or strong leadership skills, quick and concise decision and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of teamwork.
• Bonus: One internship or co-op experience, especially in a related field, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
