Shift Leaders are essential supervisors who set the standard for every shift, working alongside their team to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Your efforts in this role will directly contribute to creating an impressive experience for every customer and fostering a productive work environment.

The TL;DR
• Role: Part Time
• Location: In-person, Spring, TX

• Mission: Lead shifts, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent guest experience by example.
• Tech Stack: POS systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Operations: Take charge of the shift, running restaurant operations in the absence of management.
• Perform All Roles: Jump into any position, from cashier to grill to dining room, supporting the team wherever needed.
• Deliver Service: Provide fast, accurate service and consistently create a great experience for every guest.
• Team Development: Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best, and help train new hires.
• Manage Shift Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities such as managing breaks, cash handling, and completing closing reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience in a leadership capacity within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality domain.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience, with leadership experience being a preferred qualification.
• Skills: Strong communication, basic math proficiency, and comfort using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Bonus: Food safety certification, such as ServSafe, is preferred.
