This is an internship opportunity for a Service Experience Technician at Armstrong World Industries, Inc., located at the corporate campus in Lancaster, PA. The intern will work under the supervision of an experienced IT service manager. The IT team aims to provide world-class leadership and service while developing future IT leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide Concierge-level Service in resolving customer IT issues and requests.
• Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in analysis and troubleshooting.
• Identify and learn software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
• Conduct research into a wide range of computing issues.
• Perform analysis to identify trends.
• Prioritize and execute tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver IT training and support.
• Build rapport with customers throughout the organization.
• Create and maintain system and process documentation.
• Support IT on Process Improvement efforts.
• Contribute to IT project work.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Windows applications.
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week for 10 weeks, from May to August.
